I’ve been practicing at Vive for almost 4 years now, and it continues to be one of the best choices I’ve made. The studio has a number of excellent instructors who offer a variety of practice types and styles. Instructors are kind and friendly, and they always encourage you to take each class at your own pace. I’m looking forward to my next 4 years with Vive.

This studio and their instructors have changed my life. I have been going to Vive for years and I am absolutely amazed at the changes that I’ve seen not only with my body, but with my overall mentality. Yoga is now something I don’t feel like I should do, I HAVE to do it, it’s addicting. I love how everyone is at different levels in their practice, yet you never feel out of place, they offer modifications to poses for those who want to step it up or take it down a notch
